Tis the Season

I don't have anything really exciting to blog about, but I have been taking pictures of cute Porter and so I definitely wanted to get a post in this week! Mostly we have been trying to get organized from our trip again, and prep for Christmas, and somehow I have managed to spend an entire day getting NOTHING but a shower done for myself. I guess I did still mark some things off the to-do list, but not nearly the productive day I was hoping for. My room is..... well..... in the worst shape I have seen it ALL YEAR. no joke.... and yet, here I sit blogging.... i'm a loser.
So the other morning my mom was packing for her anniversary trip with my dad, when porter decided to help :)
He's LOVES sitting in anything he can find.

Sunday, I just couldn't get enough of his cute christmas outfit. Sure, I could have done his hair, or washed his face better, but he's still stinkin cute. so whatev.

Monday night for Family Home Evening we went caroling!! It was a success, and Porter totally enjoyed himself! Especially the part where he got to wear his awesome hat :)

Alright, so the kids decided to add a new routine to the playlist this year, "once there was a snowman", and of course... they choreographed.

We LOVE Christmas, and it's been a lot different this year with Cameron being gone, but with his christmas package sent off and our list of gifts getting smaller, we are getting more into the spirit!!
